On June 21st, 2018, The Hayes Approach was recognized by the Greenville Chamber for being selected June 2018 Small Business of the Month. Owner Leslie Hayes and her team joined the Chamber to accept on behalf of The Hayes Approach.
The Hayes Approach has been helping small companies go from good to great for over ten years. They specialize in providing tactical and strategic human resource support for family and founder led businesses in the Upstate and beyond. THA is a certified Women-Owned business with the State of South Carolina (SMBCC).
THA has developed, in partnership with the Greenville Chamber, an innovative way to provide cost-efficient human resource information to small businesses. InstantHR is launching this month and will be a huge asset to the community! They also actively promote technology in the HR space and work to integrate selected platforms into small businesses that reduce error and increase productivity. They bring expertise to a variety of organizations through talks and columns and are known in the industry as a thought leader.
The Hayes Approach model is one to be recognized for allowing it’s employees to do good and significant work and still have fun!
